All items come pre-assembled by Viking Furniture, just as our motto goes-- "Less Work for You, Viking Will Assemble Anything We Sell" If the merchandise ordered by you is not delivered by the promised delivery date, Viking Furniture Company must offer you the choice of (1) canceling your order with a prompt, full refund of any payments you have made, or (2) accepting delivery at a specific later date. THE MERCHANDISE YOU HAVE ORDERED IS PROMISED FOR DELIVERY TO YOU ON OR BEFORE 10-12 Weeks after we have contacted you via telephone, and provided you with an updated receipt with all impending costs including delivery charge (if applicable). Fabrics and materials are not guaranteed for fastness of color or durability. Your order is subject to approval of the credit department. A 30% deposit is required on all orders. * Return / Refund Policy * No cash refunds. Delivery charges will not be refunded. A .00 pick-up charge will be made on any returned merchandise. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for store credit. Special orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Defective Products: Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is delivered. Claims for damages must be indicated on the delivery ticket at the time of delivery. Notification of defects must be made within ten days after delivery. |
